Keeping active has a number of well-evidenced benefits for your mental and physical health and wellbeing. But for some, the thought of exercising or participating in a sport or physical activity doesn't come with ease.

Many people find going to the gym, going out for a run or joining an exercise class extremely difficult - whether that be due to a lack of time, self-confidence, motivation, physicality or social, cultural or environmental issues preventing them from doing so.

That's why a new campaign, Keep Moving, has now launched across Greater Manchester - to help people think differently about being active and to demonstrate the little ways that we can incorporate more movement into our daily routines.
