Zak Sofiane Malki, 34 and his business partner Mohamed Abu Salim, 35 launched Janna Lebanese Restaurant in December 2019, with a vision of creating a home-from-home environment in which diners could also feel as though they have travelled across the world as they sample his flavoursome homemade dishes.
