Bradley Walsh was left speechless on the latest episode of The Chase after learning a very surprising fact about bees. The cheeky host was back for the latest instalment of the popular ITV game show as four new contestants faced the chaser in a bid to bag a cash prize. As chaser Mark Labbett, aka The Beast, took his seat to take on contestant Fred, a trivia question about bees left Bradley utterly stunned as he couldn’t believe it was true.During his head-to-head, Fred was asked: “How many of the approximately 20,000 species of bee in the world are honey bees?”Bradley was immediately left stunned, claiming he couldn’t believe that there were so many bees, as he thought there “were only two.”The 61-year-old then blurted out: “Eh?

What? 20,000 species of bee? I thought were was just two – bee and bumble. I just thought honey bee and bumble. Never knew that never knew that fact.

Never knew that.”Mark, who answered the questions incorrectly, with 700 being the correct answer, said: “I knew there weren’t many but not as few as that.”Viewers were equally as shocked as Bradley and took to social media to discuss.“OMG that is a lot of bees tbf but Bradley’s reaction is hilarious,” said one viewer.

Another blasted chaser Mark, claimed that rival chaser Darragh ‘The Menace’ Enniss would have got it right. “Darragh would know this bee question #TheChase,” they quipped.
