Veteran character actor Jack Kehler has died at the age of 75 following complications amid a battle with leukemia.Kehler’s son Eddie Kehler told Deadlinethat the actor had died at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles on Saturday.One of Kehler’s most memorable roles, amid dozens of credits in TV and film, included the part of The Dude's landlord Marty in the 1998 cult classic The Big Lebowski.

Kehler was born in Philadelphia and honed his craft with Sanford Meisner and Wynn Handman, as he was a member of The Actors Studio.Kehler had appeared as a regular character on the ABC series McKenna in 1994-1995, and on the second season of the ABC show Murder One in 1997.
