Ghost hunters have been called in after the gobby ghoul began to abuse people soaking up the scenery.The spook - said to be a woman in white - shouts and whispers swear words, telling them to leave Dead Woman's Ditch in the Quantock Hills of Somerset.It got its name after the murder of local woman Jane Walford by her husband John back in 1789 - and now ghost hunters say the ghoul is back angrier than ever.Robert Pulme said: "I came down to have a look after I saw so many reports being made online in forums, and I can't quite believe what I found."There is definitely a presence and it is definitely angry.

This is a woman scorned and she doesn't want anyone near where she is. She particularly hates men."The angry spirit is said to scream at visitors whenever they visit the area.Two other ghost hunters claim they have first-hand experience.

Christine and Dave Thomas launched an investigation into the phenomenon in 2020.Christine says she was shouted at and told to "f*** of" by the "nasty, evil spirit'', and that she and her husband picked up on a voice before being told to leave.Dave added: ""here is a voice you can interact with, which you can have an exchange with, which can answer questions."Not all, but some spirits can be quite nasty and evil.

Not everybody is aware of ghosts. That's because some people have weaker barriers than others and are more likely to come across one."Siobhan Reed, who works in a pub near the beauty spot, said: "We have so many people coming in saying they've had a weird walk.
