Brent Lang Executive Editor of Film and MediaConcord Theatricals has secured exclusive worldwide stock and amateur stage licensing rights to Toby Marlow and Lucy Moss’ “Six.” The musical is a slyly modern retelling of the lives of the six wives of Henry VIII, with a twist that their stories of death, divorce, beheading, and survival are presented as a pop concert.
The female cast is backed by an all-female band, the “Ladies in Waiting.” “We are so excited to have Concord licensing our show and enabling people all over the world to take the mic, use their voice, and claim their crown,” said Marlow and Moss.
