Manchester United hero Sir Alex Ferguson may be stopped from heading to Old Trafford with reports suggesting the Premier League may ban people over 70 from attending matches.
It comes with the coronavirus spreading throughout the UK with over 100 cases recorded. The Premier League have already banned handshakes ahead of the match as they look to limit the risk from the spread of COVID-19.
Those over the age of 70 are at the highest risk and they could be stopped from attending matches. Sports authorities and broadcasters will meet with the Government in London on Monday to cover various scenarios.
