Motorists could be facing major changes this year if new driving rules come into force as industry experts predict. Sadly, it looks as though the changes will not "make it any easier" for drivers.
But they would be made in a bid to balance the economy and reduce the environmental impact of driving. The new rules are predicted to impact road users over the next 12 months.
