An inspirational Scots mum who used her own battle with breast cancer to raise awareness of the disease has tragically passed away aged just 31.
Natalie Sanders-Mohammad was given 12 months to live after being diagnosed with Grade 4 Metastatic breast cancer in September last year.
Despite undergoing extensive treatment, the mum-of-one was told in August that her latest course of potentially life-extending medication had stopped working.She passed away peacefully in a hospice on Monday afternoon with her loving family by her side.
The Coatbridge mum’s last wish had been to marry her amazing partner Dee Mohammad with the duo tying the knot at Crossbasket Castle in East Kilbride back in May.
