Scottish commuters are buzzing after it was revealed that a new M&S store at Glasgow's Queen Street train station will open its doors this morning.
The new store was teased last month after signage showing the supermarket's prime location at the busy station was shared on Twitter.
Now, ScotRail has confirmed that the M&S Food Store will officially open its doors at 10am this morning and teased an appearance of a 'Mr P Pig' to greet the first customers.Located next to the Dundas Street entrance, M&S says the new food outlet is designed with people on the go in mind.It will offer a wide range of products from fresh, convenient, food and drink options with self-service checkouts for those looking to grab a quick snack for the train.
Shoppers will also have the chance to grab bakery items and fresh flowers later on.ScotRail took to Twitter on Thursday morning to confirm the opening: "Later this morning, a new M&S Food will open at Glasgow Queen Street.
