The gangster accused of murdering a missing Scots mum will never be found, it is feared.Prime suspect Dean Woods went on the run from prison over a £12million cocaine ring.
He vanished in November, while on day release from jail, and is believed to have travelled to Northern Ireland.Woods is wanted over the disappearance of Dumbarton woman Lisa Brown.
But underworld sources say he could comfortably live the rest of his life as a fugitive due to professional and criminal connections and sailing expertise.The 40-year-old worked as a luxury yacht dealer before being exposed as a high-level and “highly trusted” member of a sophisticated drug gang.
Woods uses the alias Simon Corner and could go the rest of his life undetected.A gangland source said: “It’s no surprise someone like Dean managed to vanish.
