A Scots care home resident needed emergency medical assistance after choking on lumpy soup which her support worker had failed to have blended.
Sarah Irvine was hauled in front of the Scottish Social Service Council (SSSC) after concerns about her ‘neglectful’ behaviour were raised.
She had been working at St Ronan’s Care Home in Innerleithen, Scottish Borders, when three worrying incidents took place in February 2019.
