'The devil' Scots pub bouncer battered ex so badly she thought she would die and put another in hospital

A pub bouncer branded "the devil" has been convicted of a campaign of terror against two former lovers. Kevin Raymond, 28, put the women through harrowing ordeals at his violent hands.

One believed she was going to die while the other ended up in hospital after she turned up at the bar where he worked during a shift.

The women were praised by a judge after their evidence lead to Raymond being found guilty after a trial at the High Court in Glasgow.The first offender was convicted of assaulting both to the danger of their lives.He was further guilty of sexually assaulting one of the victims, but acquitted of raping her.The crimes occurred between 2015 and 2019 mainly at addresses in Helensburgh, Argyll and Bute as well as Raymond's home
