A fundraiser by non-profit Wedding Wish Makers was launched to help Megan and Paul tie the knot last month as dozens of companies volunteered to help.The soulmates got hitched in front of their closest loved ones during a beautiful ceremony on April 17 with Megan looking stunning in her dream dress.The 23-year-old, from Glasgow, sadly passed away on May 10 with her family by.
