Several weather warnings are currently in place across Scotland over the next few days as experts anticipate large parts of the country to be blanketed in heavy snowfall.
Areas of higher ground in the north east could see accumulations of around 50cm of the white stuff over a 42-hour period of unrelenting snowfall.The worst of the conditions is expected to land in Scotland.
