Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway viewers were left bemused during the latest edition of the ITV show as the hosts told the wrong family they've won a holiday. The Geordie duo were back on our screens on Saturday (March 26) night and take a week off last weekend due to the Six Nations. They were on top form and the show was filled to the brim with famous guests and competition giveaways. However, the happiest minute of the week segment didn't go quite to plan. The feel-good part of the show sees Ant and Dec give out takeaway giveaways to deserving guests in the studio audience and as well as viewers at home.It usually all goes to plan but the wrong family appeared on screen as Dec gave away a holiday. He said: "Stand by in Lancashire because we're coming to you Robert and Donna Rowland."The show then went live into the living room of a very confused family.A man and women were sitting watching the show with two young children sitting on each of their laps.Dec continued: "Now your son Adam and his wife Sarah are in the armed forces and are deployed all over the world."So you're always stepping in to take care of your granddaughter Penny. "We think you're amazing and you deserve a takeaway getaway."Before Dec finished talking, the correct family appeared on screen and looked delighted. The blunder, however, didn't go unnoticed by viewers at home.Taking to Twitter, one fan penned: "Wrong family on the screen, oops."Another added: "No way did they show the wrong family."A third person posted: "THEY WENT TO THE WRONG FAMILY!

I’m cracking up."While a fourth social media user said: "As if they just showed the wrong family.""Awkward showing the wrong family," a fifth fan said. There's MUCH more where that came from!
