Ryanair worker brands customer 'an idiot' for asking innocent question during chat

Ryanair customer care representative, for asking a simple question during his booking. Sharing the surreal exchange on behalf of his friend, the man called Lee took to Twitter and showed screengrabs of the conversation.

His friend was chatting with a rep called Andras K when he said he had an issue with his booking. It appeared the man had booked through Opodo, a third party agency, who referred him to Ryanair when he ran into trouble.

In the conversation with the Irish airline, the customer service representative can be seen telling the customer that he should contact the agency if he has had issues with the booking.The customer claimed each company was palming off the issue to one another.

Andras K wrote: "You made a reservation with a travel agency yet you are here talking to a representative of a flight company.
