Ryan Giggs has slashed £500,000 off the price of his former marital home after it sat on the market for two years. The former Manchester United star initially put the mansion on sale for £3.5million – but now the asking price has been cut by half-a-million pounds.
Ex-Welsh winger Giggs, 47, shared the five-bedroom home with his ex-wife Stacey and their two children. Following their 2017 divorce he moved out and lives in a £1.7million property nearby in Worsley, Greater Manchester.
The £3million home, which is being advertised online, boasts a swimming pool, cinema room, and bar. The property is also set within its own private secure gated plot surrounded by woodland and a golf course.
