Britney Spears is set to pen her side of the story after landing a huge book deal, it has been claimed.The Toxic singer, 40, has had a rollercoaster few months after she was freed from her controversial conservatorship at the end of last year.After publicly calling out younger sister Jamie Lynn Spears for her book, Things I Should Have Said, the mum-of-two is thought to have signed a deal worth around $15million (£11m) for her own words.According to Page Six, publishing insiders claimed that she reached a huge deal with publishing house Simon and Schuster for her side of the story.An insider told the outlet that there was a ‘bidding war’ over the memoir, adding that ‘the deal is one of the biggest of all time, behind the Obamas’.The former US president and wife Michelle reportedly landed the largest ever figure for nonfiction books for their 2017 offering, which reportedly netted them around $60million (£44m).Britney previously accused her sister of selling a book at her own expense, and not being supportive over her conservatorship ordeal.Jamie Lynn later pleaded with the Circus star to end their feud, after a back-and-forth on social media.’Britney – Just call me, I have attempted many times to speak to you directly and handle this privately like sisters should, but you still choose to do everything on a public platform,’ she urged.‘In the meantime, please stop continuing the narrative that I haven’t been there for you or that I’m making things up.The reports come after Britney announced that she had been invited to the US Congress to discuss her recent victory in ending her conservatorship after over 13 years.
