This Morning viewers were left rather confused on Monday after former model Jo Woods discussed aliens, shapeshifters and UFOs.Talking openly to presenters Philip Schofield and Holly Willoughby, Jo, who was married to English musician Ronnie Wood confessed that she has spotted a number of UFOs during her lifetime.

She also described the moment her son saw a UFO when they were on a plane which left her "fascinated". But some viewers were not convinced with Jo's identifications and took to Twitter to share their thoughts.One person wrote: "Here we go again.

If it's not ghosts, spirits, the Loch Ness Monster, then it's UFOs and aliens. Good grief. And I appreciate what UFO means, but we all understand the implications here."Another said: "What on earth is she talking about!!!
