Road rage killer Kenneth Noye saunters down the street smiling on the 22nd anniversary of his infamous arrest in Spain. Noye, 73, went on the run after stabbing 21-year-old Stephen Cameron to death on the M25 in 1996.
He was dramatically snared by detectives in a fishing village two years later with the help of Stephen’s grieving girlfriend Danielle Cable.
Noye was controversially freed from his life sentence in June last year. He was spotted enjoying the bank holiday sunshine near a railway station in south-east England.
One onlooker said: “He looked very happy and was clearly enjoying the good weather. You could see he didn’t have a single care in the world. "Despite being in his 70s he still looks really fit and strong.” Noyes was
