The lawsuit accused the legendary singer of incest. Dennis had claimed back in July that he had a 7-month long romantic relationship with Ricky, and when it ended Ricky began stalking and harassing him.

Martin, who has strongly denied all the accusations, tweeted that the "truth prevails" after the order was archived. The singer alleges he’s lost multiple multi-million-dollar deals due to his nephew’s restraining order and false allegations. His legal team said the accuser was a "troubled individual" who made "false allegations" with no evidence to support them. They said in a statement: "Just as we had anticipated, the temporary protection order was not extended by the court.
