As all 15 of the latest batch of celebrities took to the floor with their pro partners on the BBC dance show, Will impressed with his powerful performance to Livin’ La Vida Loca by Ricky Martin with Nancy Xu.
Will, famed for playing Jambo Bolton in the Channel Four soap Hollyoaks and Gaz Wilikinson in the comedy Two Pints of Larger and a Packet of Crisps, scored 8, 9, 8, 9, giving them 34 out of 40 points in the first week of the long-running BBC dance contest.
They topped the leaderboard with the highest score of Saturday night's show, tying with wildlife cameraman Hamza Yassin and his partner Jowita Przystal.
