carbon footprint could end up increasing the average family expenditure by £400 a year, according to new Government guidance.

Analysis carried out by The National Infrastructure Commission shows Britain's poorest households will have to scrape together an extra £80 per year by 2050.The bills will add up as the cost of food, goods and travel increase.
