Real Madrid are reportedly hoping that Manchester United’s interest in Gareth Bale will lead to them making a bid for the winger.Bale has been out of favour at Real for some time now, and further sparked talk of leaving the club when he openly criticised how they have handled his situation.The Wales international was thought to be nearing a move to China last year, but the move fell through at the final hour.He has since been subjected to several games being sat on the bench, starting just 12 La Liga games last season, though injuries did play a part in that.Now, Spanish outlet Marca have reported that United are keen to offer the 31-year-old a way out of the Bernabeu.Real would be very open to selling him for a fee, with Zinedine Zidane.
