Gareth Bale looks set to return to the Premier League this summer, but not with Manchester United. The Wales talisman has been frozen out by Zinedine Zidane in recent months despite his importance to their success in the past - and Tottenham are ready to take him back on loan.
Although Bale had been keen to leave the Spanish capital in previous transfer windows, his huge wage packet alongside regular injury concerns had pushed away several interested parties.
That looks to have been the case for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and United, who have been trying to sign young players to build for the future rather than experienced internationals.
