There’s a pretty simple concept to Disney’s “Raya And The Last Dragon.” An animated action-adventure fantasy, ‘Raya’ is directed by the interesting team of indie filmmaker Carlos López Estrada, known for “Blindspotting” and Don Hall for co-directing “Winnie the Pooh” (2011) and a very lengthy animated feature career.
