Protestors have gathered outside a police station after armed officers shot dead a black man in Dublin. George Nkencho died after he was shot at least three times by armed gardai outside the house in the village of Clonee on the outskirts of Dublin, yesterday.
People are calling for justice after the 27-year-old's death and have said they will gather peacefully outside Blanchardstown Garda station from 10am to noon every day for the next 14 days.
Dr Adewale Kuyebi, a pastor at Christ Apostolic Church, urged crowds that “to let our voice be heard, we must come together”.
