The 39-year-old Duke of Cambridge honored conservationists for their efforts on the frontlines of wildlife in Africa. The Tusk Trust was one of William‘s first ever patronages that he chose when he began his public life just after graduating from university.
Just before making a speech, William presented each of the honorees with an award, and also spent time with them as well as key members and supporters of the trust to hear more about their work.
