German paedophile who is suspected of kidnapping and murdering Madeleine McCann has broken his silence for the first time since he was named the prime suspect in the case.
44-year-old Christian Brueckner has reportedly written a letter calling the entire investigation a "scandal", insisting his innocence and urging authorities leading the case against him to give up, reports The Mirror.He went on to accuse prosecutors of bringing "shame" to the German legal system by making "scandalous" statements against him without ever charging him in connection with Madeleine's disappearance.The letter was reportedly dated May 8 and was accompanied by an unusual drawing of two prosecutors ordering "filet forensics" at a restaurant.Last year, Brueckner.
