The Premier League has confirmed in a statement that all 20 clubs have "unanimously agreed" to ditch Project Big Picture. It emerged earlier on Wednesday that Manchester United and Liverpool had been forced to abandon the plans after other top-flight sides emphatically snubbed the proposals in an emergency meeting.
Now the Premier League has reaffirmed the clubs' desire to launch a "strategic plan for the future structures and financing of English football".
As part of that - a bail-out will be provided for clubs in Leagues One and Two, but not those in the Championship who are seen as more financially stable.
