And now money-saving expert, Martin Lewis, has some good news for remote workers. The financial guru and founder of MoneySavingExpert.com has confirmed in the latest edition of his weekly newsletter that employees who are required to work from home, even for just one day since April 6 can claim tax relief for the whole year - and it’s worth £62 or £124.
Martin wrote: “Claiming working from home tax relief has exploded in the last couple of months so HMRC has just launched a new microservice to simplify the process.
