Police swoop on Sloane Square after car 'mounts pavement' and hits pedestrians

A man has been arrested on driving offences amid reports of a "suspicious vehicle" in Sloane Square, that reportedly “mounted a pavement” and hit pedestrians.

London Ambulance Service were called to the incident at 12:08pm to reports of a "collision involving pedestrians" in Kensington.

The Metropolitan Police confirmed cops are on scene inspecting a "suspicious vehicle" in the area, and are awaiting "examination" of a car.

Emergency services said "two men" were treated at the scene and both were taken to hospital, where their current condition is unknown.
