Bolton has been plagued with cars using it as a cut through for years, and residents in the surrounding streets are now being asked for feedback on what can be done to improve the situation.
A public consultation has also opened into similar plans for Whittaker Lane in Prestwich, along with other streets close to Heaton Park.
The two schemes would form part of the Bee Network, a 10-year plan for Greater Manchester to deliver the UK’s largest cycling and walking network, eventually spanning 1,800 miles.
