Camila, who has trained superstar Adele, specialises in personal training and pilates in the exclusive haunt of Beverly Hills.
Taking to her official Instagram account, Celia shared a couple screenshots of her working out with the Brazilian babe. Slipping into a plunging long top and tight trousers, Piers' missus was ready to work up a sweat during the digital session.
