 Anna Faris is making career moves.The 46-year-old actress has signed with mega-agency CAA, which boasts A-list clients like Tom Hanks, Steven Spielberg, and Reese Witherspoon. She has signed with the agency in the past and is putting her trust in them again to further her career after a two-year acting hiatus and a recent flop at the box office with The Estate.  Making movies: Anna Faris (pictured above in 2018) has re-signed with agency CAA alongside clients such as Reese WitherspoonFaris starred alongside Allison Janney in the hit CBS sitcom Mom from 2013 to 2020 playing a newly sober single mom trying to get her life back together after moving in with her own mom (Janney). The House Bunny star left the series in a shock exit after seven seasons and CBS cancelled the show shortly after, airing just one more season after her departure. The move to new representation comes at an interesting time. She took a two-year break after leaving her sitcom and her latest dark comedy The Estate, co-starring Toni Collette and David Duchovny, received poor reviews and has a 29 percent rating on Rotten Tomatoes.Besides her film and television career, she also hosts a successful podcast called Unqualified.

Tom Hanks was accompanied by his furry feline co-star Smeagol as he attended a screening of his new film A Man Called Otto at Dotdash Meredith in Manhattan on Monday.The actor, 66, was accompanied by his wife Rita Wilson and their youngest son Truman for the latest event to promote the dramedy. Tom - who just weighed in on the nepo-baby debate - opted for a black pinstripe suit with a blue necktie while Truman, 26, wore a Tarantino-style black suit with a black necktie to the family film festivities. Adorable!  Tom Hanks was accompanied by his co-star Smeagol The Cat as he attended a screening of his new film A Man Called Otto at Dotdash Meredith in Manhattan on Monday Posing for snaps at the swanky event, Tom carried his on-screen pet Smeagol, who was perfectly dressed for the occasion with a matching tie.Mariana Treviño - who plays Marisol - and Rachel Keller - who plays Sonya - were both delighted to see Hanks holding his feline friend.  Meanwhile Rita coordinated with her real-life leading men in a black embroidered suit over a matching camisole and pumps selected by stylist Maryam Malakpour.Wilson collaborated with Colombian crooner Sebastián Yatra on the duet Til You're Home for the movie soundtrack, which Decca Records dropped on December 30.

Tom Hanks has insisted that nepo babies have got to have 'a drive' to succeed.The 66-year-old actor is father to sons Chet, 32, and Truman, 27 with wife Rita Wilson as well as Colin, 45, and Elizabeth, 40, from his former marriage to Samantha Lewes- all of whom work in the field of entertainment.And after recently claiming that showbiz was the 'family business', he explained to Entertainment Tonight on Monday that while he may have been able to get them into the industry, they have had to work to make things 'stick.'This comes after he posed with son Truman on the red carpet while plugging his movie A Man Called Otto.
