Sam Fender has announced the set times for his Finsbury Park show tomorrow (July 15).The singer-songwriter has nine acts supporting his biggest headline event to date at the London park. Fontaines D.C., Declan McKenna, Beabadoobee, Goat Girl, Nilüfer Yanya, Rachel Chinouriri, Stone, Heidi Curtis and Kay Greyson are all scheduled to perform.In addition to sharing the stage times, Fender also posted an update to fans advising them on rule changes in light of the current heatwave.Suncream bottles of any size will now be permitted and fans can also bring in sealed plastic water bottles of up to 750ml.

The Snuts have announced the release of their second album, ‘Burn The Empire Out’ – find out more info below.The Scottish band’s forthcoming LP is the follow-up to their 2021 debut LP, ‘W.L.’, which topped the UK’s Official Albums Chart in April last year, marking the first time in 14 years that a Scottish band scored a UK Number One album.Speaking about the new album and how lockdown provided them with more time to tackle the topics that were important to them, frontman Jack Cochrane said: “The universe delivered us time to create a record where we finally felt we could address some of the topics, be it societal or spiritual, that we have been dying to scream out.”He continued: “There are songs about the highs & lows, stuff we really want to talk about and things we cannot help but feel, but have just never made the space to.”Due out October 7 via Parlophone Records, the album has so far been previewed by three tracks: ‘End Of The Road’ featuring Rachel Chinouriri, ‘Zuckerpunch’, and the album’s title track.Alongside the news of their second LP, The Snuts have released another track from the album, the “care-free, four to the floor, singalong indie anthem” ‘The Rodeo’. Rachel Chinouriri has announced that she will release her new EP, ‘Better Off Without’, later this month.The songs on the record, she explains, are inspired by the end of a five year relationship. The Great Escape has announced another 184 artists who will play this year’s festival in Brighton in May, including Frankie Stew & Harvey Gunn, Claudia Valentina, Kid Brunswick, Rachel Chinouriri, Goat Girl and Noahfinnce.In addition to all the many line-up additions, a number of new stage partners have also been confirmed. That includes Carla Marie Williams’ Girls I Rate initiative, which will host a showcase featuring the likes of Kay Young, Amaria BB, Nqubilé and Nisha.Meanwhile, Pretty Boy Records will showcase new talent from the West Indies – including Navy, Arii Lopez, SumeRR, DWN, St Phillip and Roze – while Candela Records will put the spotlight on Latin music with Angelo Flow, Clara Hurtado, Guala, and Rene Alvarez and his Afro-Cuban Funk Project.Closer to home, Brighton-based Bella Union – celebrating its 25th anniversary – will be hosting birthday celebrations on both the Friday and Saturday of the festival, with artists including BC Camplight, Penelope Isles, Laundromat and Tallies.Alongside the festival, of course, is the TGE Conference, including the CMU+TGE Sessions, which this year put the spotlight on music and education, music and data, and music and video.In among all that, CMU will present user-friendly guides to rights data, fan data and Web3, while Sentric Music will be on hand to talk through the latest debates and trends in the sync market.

Rachel Chinouriri has unveiled her new single ‘All I Ever Asked’ – watch the video below.The track, which is out via Atlas Artists Recordings/Parlophone, premiered as Clara Amfo’s Hottest Record In The World on BBC Radio 1 on March 8.Speaking of the single, Chinouriri said: “‘All I Ever Asked’ was inspired by a breakup my friend was going through and it made me reflect on a similar situation I was going through too.“The feeling of asking someone you love to respect you in the simplest form and realising it’s the bare minimum. Hot Chip and Brian Eno are among the artists who will appear at the Festival of Voice in Cardiff in November.The international arts event, which is usually held biennially at the Wales Millennium Centre in Cardiff Bay, is returning this year after its 2020 edition was cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic.Festival of Voice organisers are promising a “more intimate edition of the festival this year”, which will run from November 4-7 at the Millennium Centre.Eno will deliver the festival’s opening keynote address, while the likes of Hot Chip, Tricky, Max Richter, Rachel Chinouriri, Biig Piig, Gruff Rhys and Arab Strap will all perform.“It feels absolutely wonderful to be able to bring the Festival of Voice back after such a challenging
