AN EMMERDALE star has fallen sick with coronavirus just days after filming with The Chase, Love Island and Loose Women stars. The soap actress took to her social media to update fans that she had caught Covid-19, admitting to fans that she felt "rotten". Lisa, 46, who is best known for playing Mandy Dingle on the ITV soap, shared the health update to her Instagram fans on Thursday.

EMMERDALE stars look unrecognisable as the ITV soap celebrates its landmark 50th birthday on Sunday 16 October.  To mark the occasion, cast members including Louise Jameson, Kevin Mathurin, Emile John and Lawrence Robb, who have joined the soap in recent years have come together for a special birthday shoot. Each of the actors have been cast by Emmerdale’s Casting Director, Faye Styring, who has been casting the show for seventeen years.
