Holly Willoughby was told off by Phillip Schofield after admitting to breaking the "number one presenting rule" on This Morning by not noticing the cameras were rolling and staring at a monitor.The presenter returned to the ITV studio with Phillip after the weekend break on Monday (April 25).After the show returned from an advert break early on in the show Holly suddenly burst out laughing.Holly then admitted her blunder, saying: "I was actually just watching us on the monitor, then I was like 'oh my God I'm watching and we're actually on'."Phillip gave her a stern look and a scolding, saying: "You can't watch the tele if you're on it."Holly exclaimed: "I know!
