Meanwhile, new superheroes are also being introduced to the ensemble: Vanessa Kirby as Sue Storm/Invisible Woman (making her Marvel debut in “The Fantastic Four: First Steps”), Letitia Wright as Shuri and Wyatt Russell as John Walker/U.S.

Captain America: Brave New Soldier follows in the footsteps of three installments for Chris Evans’ Steve Rogers and four Avengers films when Rogers recruited Thor, Iron Man, Black Widow, Thor, The Incredible Hulk and more to combat threats to the world and universe.

The video zooms through 85 years of Marvel history. Michaela Zee Steven Yeun is no longer involved in Marvel’s upcoming “Thunderbolts” film, Variety has confirmed. Marvel never officially confirmed Yeun’s casting, which was first reported back in February, and it’s unclear whether the undisclosed role is being rethought or will simply be recast.

David Harbour is a relative newcomer to the MCU — he debuted his role as Alexei Shostakov/Red Guardian in 2021's and is set to reprise the character in the upcoming team-up. So when it came time to learn everything he could about his future castmates, he turned toco-star Anthony Mackie, who had some particular advice about his franchise frenemy, Sebastian Stan, who will also be appearing in as Bucky Barnes, aka The Winter Soldier.  «Sebastian is a very nice person,» Mackie said with a grin as he and co-star Jahi Di'Allo Winston spoke with ET's Ash Crossan this week.«Don't take his quietness and standoffishness as him being mean or rude. You just have to warm him up a little bit,» he teased. «You know, give him some almond butter, talk to him a little bit.
