Florence + The Machine performed their recent single ‘King’ on yesterday’s episode (May 12) of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon – check out the video below.The London band appeared on the US chat show for the second night after playing ‘My Love’ during Wednesday’s instalment (May 11), which also included an interview with frontwoman Florence Welch.Welch and co. delivered a dramatic live rendition of the Jack Antonoff co-produced/co-written song, the first to be lifted from F+TM’s fifth album ‘Dance Fever’ (out today, May 13).Watch Florence + The Machine perform ‘King’ on Fallon here:Elsewhere on Wednesday’s episode, Welch joined Fallon for the ‘Audience Suggestion Box’ segment of his show – where she, Fallon and Jimmy Buffett sang the latter’s 1977 song ‘Margaritaville’ – before speaking to Fallon more in-depth about the making of her new record.In a four-star review, NME said that ‘Dance Fever’ boasts “gorgeously expressive songs”, adding: “This 14-track collection reflects a new sense of resolve, packing an invigorated spirit into powerful, sneakily thrilling pop.”Florence + The Machine will showcase the album on a UK and Ireland headline tour in November.

Artists including St Vincent, Thundercat, Phoebe Bridgers and HER have covered funk, disco and soul classics for the soundtrack of new movie ‘Minions: The Rise Of Gru’. Although the first single, ‘Turn Up The Sunshine’, is a new song from Diana Ross and Tame Impala.Produced by producer of everything Jack Antonoff, the compilation will see Caroline Polachek cover ‘Band Bang’ by Nancy Sinatra, Brockhampton take on ‘Fly Like An Eagle’ by The Steve Miller Band, and the Minions themselves do ‘Cecilia’ by Simon & Garfunkel, among others.Diana Ross and Tame Impala’s new song will be released next week, and its official announcement comes after posters teasing the collaboration appeared in London.The full soundtrack album will arrive on 1 Jul, the same day that the film hits cinemas.

Diana Ross has teamed up with Tame Impala for a new track called ‘Turn Up The Sunshine’.The collaborative song will appear on the Original Motion Picture Soundtrack for the latest film in the Despicable Me franchise, Minions: The Rise Of Gru.Produced by Jack Antonoff, the star-studded 19-song album also features the likes of St. Vincent, Phoebe Bridgers, Brockhampton and Antonoff’s band Bleachers.

Diana Ross and Tame Impala has seemingly been completed and slated for a 2022 release, per some colourful posters spotted in London.The posters, which appear to have gone up last night (May 8), note that the as-yet-untitled project is produced by Jack Antonoff and will feature several special guests. Amongst those listed are Phoebe Bridgers, St.

Florence + The Machine have shared a new Glass Animals remix of their recent single ‘My Love’ – listen to it below.Glass Animals frontman Dave Bayley co-wrote/co-produced the original track alongside Florence Welch, and worked on F+TM’s upcoming fifth studio album ‘Dance Fever’ along with Jack Antonoff.Today (April 1) Welch and co. have released Bayley’s new take on ‘My Love’, which takes the song even further into the dancefloor realm via throbbing electronic drums, synths and glitchy vocal samples.“Wavey Davey did SO GOOD here,” Welch said while announcing the rework.

Spoon have shared a new remix EP containing three alternate versions of their song ‘Wild’, including a remix by Jack Antonoff.Antonoff co-wrote the original song, which appeared on latest Spoon album ‘Lucifer On The Sofa’. His new rendition of ‘Wild’ is a little cleaner than the version that appears on the album, featuring Antonoff’s crisp pop production throughout.Antonoff’s remix is included along with a dub rework courtesy of reggae legend Dennis Bovell, and a “trashy” version that turns up the fuzz.
