It came as Cara, 30, and Margot, 32, were leaving an exclusive restaurant at 3am and Orquera tried to take their picture.  McNamara is a film producer and business partner of Margot, while Hopkins worked with the Aussie star on her upcoming Barbie movie.  A police report obtained by The Sun states that when officers arrived at the scene Orquera told them that he had fallen to the ground breaking his elbow during a “brief struggle” with the men.  McNamara and Hopkins were last night held in police custody in the La Boca area of the Argentine capital.
