Sandra Jacqueline Denton, also known by the stage name Pepa from groundbreaking '90s hip hop act Salt-N-Pepa, is getting involved in legal proceedings against ride-sharing app Uber in connection with a car accident that she claims has effected her ability to perform and make money.Denton, 53, is reportedly bringing charges against Uber as well as some other drivers, who she claims have adversely affected her earnings potential due to a 2018 car wreck, as reported by TMZ.The Jamaican-American rapper is seeking remuneration from the worldwide ride-haling service, along with the Uber driver and the drivers of three othervehicles, who she says caused a chain-reaction car crash that left her with lasting injuries, pain, and the need for medical.
