The Oscars is undergoing one of its biggest ever shake-ups so that it can continue to be broadcast live despite the coronavirus pandemic.
The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has announced that the ceremony will be come from "multiple locations." They include the ceremony's usual home of Hollywood's Dolby Theatre, the Academy said, confirming there would be an in-person element to the evening.
The other broadcasting locations were not revealed with doubt being cast on Los Angeles as it has been ravaged by the virus and is currently under strict restrictions.
