The parent company of Dolly Parton's theme park Dollywood has offered to fund the educational expenses for workers at Parton's Pigeon Forge, Tennessee park, as well as other locations under its operation.Herschend Enterprises, which is the operating partner of the 76-year-old music legend's theme park, said it will cover all expenses for tuition, fees and books for employees in their educational endeavors under a program called GROW U, WATE reported Tuesday.The Dollywood Company's president Eugene Naughton said that 'the creation of the program allows another avenue for us to care for our' employees, adding that when workers 'are happy and feel cared for that they are going to pass that along to our guests.
