Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been snapped back at Manchester United for the first time since being axed as manager in November.Solskjaer, 48, was sacked after a poor run of results, including a 4-1 defeat to relegation-threatened Watford, that saw the Red Devils slip to eighth in the Premier League table.

Nicknamed the 'baby-faced assassin' during his playing days, the Norwegian is synonymous with one of Man Utd's greatest ever comebacks as the Red Devils lifted the Champions League in dramatic circumstances in 1999.Solskjaer guided Man Utd to third and second-place finishes during his three-year spell at the club and was tipped to go one better this season after an emphatic summer transfer window.Expectation around Old Trafford was heightened due to the arrivals of Jadon Sancho, Raphael Varane and five-time Ballon d'Or winner Cristiano Ronaldo, who returned to the club after a 12-years hiatus. But the writing was on the wall after a 5-0 hammering at home to arch-rivals Liverpool and Solskjaer was sacked after a barren run of just one win in seven top-flight matches. Now though, the six-time Premier League winner has returned to the Theatre of Dreams for the first time since his dismissal at the back end of last year.Do you think Ralf Rangnick was the right successor to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer?
