The secretive state of North Korea appears to be using an unlikely tool to tackle the coronavirus pandemic – Photoshop. In recent propaganda photos from the hermit kingdom, medical face masks seem to have been superimposed on to people’s faces in a number of pictures.
It wouldn't be the first example of the isolated state using Photoshop for propaganda purposes . Several photographs depicting North Korea’s response to the threat of COVID-19 were sent for expert analysis, revealing some suspicious discrepancies.
