Former Glee star Naya Rivera's cause of death has been ruled as an accident by the medical examiner's office. The 33-year-old actress' body was found in Lake Piru on Monday after she was reported missing last week.
She disappeared on July 8 after going on a boating trip with her son Josey, 4. Fears grew for the star as her son returned fast asleep on the boat, but his mother was nowhere to be seen.
