etcanada.comThe City of Angels is joining the National Women’s Soccer League with a team owned by some of the biggest names in Hollywood.
The franchise, which hopes to launch in 2022, can name among its owners Natalie Portman, Jessica Chastain, Jennifer Garner, Eva Longoria, Uzo Aduba, America Ferrera, and Lilly Singh.
Also owners are athletes Serena Williams, Mia Hamm, Julie Foudy, Joy Fawcett, and Rachel Buehler. The famous list is joined by Williams’ husband, Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian and perhaps its youngest owner: her two-year-old daughter Alexis Olympia.
