Mystery of the taped-off Chorlton post boxes solved

A question that has puzzled the residents of Chorlton for weeks has finally been answered. At least four post boxes in the area have been taped off with black and yellow hazard tape - one outside the Post office, one at Four Banks, one opposite the Spread Eagle, and the post box on Beech Road.
